the apartment was clean and spacious. it was in a great location to enjoy the city. the water pressure was awesome! i had to report a small incident with the microwave but their response was prompt.

Check-in was a disaster. There was no reception, and it was very confusing. there was bad ice outside the front door, and it was never cleared. i had a bad fall.
